Product-focused IT Business Analyst and Proxy PO in regulated Financial Services, bridging business strategy, user needs, and technical delivery. I built an AI-powered analysis toolkit — now used daily by me and adopted by fellow BAs — that turns ambiguous inputs into dev-ready requirements and speeds up delivery across the team.
About Me
I operate at the intersection of product strategy, data, and technical delivery — translating complex stakeholder needs and user insights into structured, actionable products. From regulatory compliance engines to AI-driven workflow automation, I bring clarity to ambiguity.
Functional analysis, backlog prioritization, INVEST-compliant user story authoring, and gap analysis with source-cited traceability.
Building custom AI-powered toolkits using LLMs, LLM APIs, and automated pipelines to transform raw inputs into dev-ready deliverables — in daily use by me and adopted by other BAs on my team.
Utilizing product usage metrics, funnel tracking (e.g., Adobe Analytics), and user drop-off analysis to identify friction points, justify priorities, and measure feature success.
GDPR, FSA (ESG/SFDR compliance), Enterprise Security, and risk management. Creating audit-ready product documentation with built-in compliance checks.
Partnering with Business, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Design teams. Leading product discovery and user journey mapping to align priorities and validate solutions through collaborative prototyping.
Scrum, SAFe (PI Planning), and end-to-end product lifecycle management. Bridging business strategy with technical delivery across cross-functional teams.

Projects
Real-world projects where I drove analysis, defined requirements, and delivered business-critical outcomes in highly regulated environments.
A custom-built VS Code workspace that transforms raw business inputs — meeting transcripts, legacy system docs, stakeholder notes, JIRA exports — into structured, dev-ready requirements artefacts. Powered by GitHub Copilot (Claude) as the AI engine, with a fully automated 6-phase pipeline.
Business Analysts spend enormous time manually formatting, summarising, and structuring analysis output. Artefacts fragment across separate planning summaries, gap reports, and specification documents — creating inconsistency and rework.
All artefacts for a Feature are consolidated in a single Workbench file that progresses through six analysis phases — from scope definition to INVEST-compliant user stories with acceptance criteria, GDPR checks, and Confluence-ready exports. Every finding is source-cited; every output enforces a Business Lens quality gate. The toolkit is now in daily use and has been adopted by other Business Analysts on the team, who report it's accelerating their analysis work too.
